Forecasters predict abnormal heat in Russia at the end of October

"Almost the entire territory of Russia will be with positive anomalies next week," - quoted by TASS Vilfand.

According to the expert, in the regions of the Asian part of the country the temperature will be 10-15 ° C above normal.

Especially bright anomalies are predicted in Yakutia and Chukotka. 

He also noted that less bright anomalies, but also noticeable, are expected in the European part of Russia during the week.
