The first ice and frost were observed in Seoul this morning (24th).

The first ice frozen 15 days earlier than last year. That's why the temperature in the morning of Seoul was 3.2 degrees Celsius, as if it was mid-November, and the temperature did not rise significantly during the daytime.

Fortunately, tomorrow, the temperature in the morning and day will rise by 3 or 4 degrees from today. From tomorrow, the cold will be relieved by surpassing the normal level.

Meanwhile, the atmosphere is getting drier.

As of 4 p.m. this afternoon, a drying advisory went into effect on the east coast of Gangwon-do.

In particular, as the wind is blowing strongly in the mountainous areas of Gangwon-do, you should take special care not to generate wildfires.

The inland will be generally sunny tomorrow, but you should be careful about the swelling waves on the east coast.

If you look at the temperature in the morning of tomorrow, it will start chilly at 6 degrees in Seoul, 5 degrees in Cheongju, and 1 degrees in Chuncheon. The daytime temperature will rise to 18 degrees in Seoul, and 20 degrees in Gwangju, Daegu, and Jeonju.

For the time being, generally sunny weather will continue.

Early next week, the temperature will exceed the normal temperature, and the temperature will drop again from the middle of the week.
