  Yesterday, the country's precipitation was weak, with moderate to heavy rain in parts of northwestern Yunnan.

Affected by the cold air, at 5 o'clock today, compared with 5 o'clock yesterday, 4 to 8 degrees Celsius dropped in Heilongjiang, central and eastern Jilin, northeastern Liaoning, central and southern Jiangsu, southeastern Anhui, Shanghai, Zhejiang, and central and northern Fujian.

This morning, heavy fog appeared in parts of the Sichuan Basin, southwestern Hubei, and northwestern Hunan. Local visibility was less than 200 meters.

Typhoon "Shader" affects the South China Sea

  The center of this year’s No. 17 typhoon "Shader" is today (23) at 5 o'clock in the morning on the eastern sea surface of the South China Sea about 340 kilometers northeast of Yongxing Island, Xisha, Hainan, at 17.8 degrees north latitude and 115.4 degrees east longitude, near the center. The maximum wind force has 13 levels (38 m/s), the lowest central pressure is 965 hPa, the radius of the seventh wind circle is 300-400 kilometers, the radius of the tenth wind circle is 100 kilometers, and the radius of the twelfth wind circle is 60 kilometers.

  It is predicted that "Shadr" will move westward at a speed of about 10 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity on the 23rd, and a noticeable decrease in intensity on the 24th. After passing the southern part of Hainan Island in the evening to night, it will move towards central Vietnam. The northern coast.

  Affected by the "Shader" and the cold air, from 08:00 on the 23rd to 08:00 on the 24th, there were 7 strong winds in most of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the east of Taiwan, the Bashi Strait, the northern and central parts of the South China Sea, the Zhongsha Islands, There will be strong winds of magnitude 7 to 8 on the Paracel Islands, the coasts of Fujian and Taiwan. The winds of the central and northern parts of the South China Sea will have winds of magnitude 9 to 10. The nearby sea where the center of "Shader" passes can reach winds of magnitude 11 to 13, with gusts of 14~14. 15 levels.

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue typhoon warning at 06:00 on October 23.

Specific forecast for the next three days

  From 08:00 on October 23 to 08:00 on October 24, there were light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of northern and western northern Xinjiang, eastern Qinghai, southern Gansu, eastern Tibet, and local heavy snow (10 ~15 mm).

There were moderate to heavy rains in parts of southeastern Tibet, northwestern Yunnan, Hainan Island, Taiwan Island and other places, and local heavy rains (50-55 mm).

There are 4 to 6 winds in parts of central Inner Mongolia, the eastern part of Northeast China, the eastern and southern Jiangnan, and the southern coastal areas of South China (see Figure 1).

  From 08:00 on October 24 to 08:00 on the 25th, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of high-altitude mountainous areas in northern Xinjiang, eastern Qinghai and other places, and heavy snow (5-9 mm) locally.

There were moderate to heavy rains in parts of northern Xinjiang, southeastern Tibet, northwestern Yunnan, and Hainan Island. Among them, there were heavy rains or heavy rains (100-110 mm) in the eastern part of Hainan Island.

There are winds of force 4 to 6 and above in parts of northern Xinjiang, central Tibet, central and western Inner Mongolia, eastern Northeast China, Shandong Peninsula, and southern coastal areas of South China. Among them, there are 7~6 winds in central Tibet, northern Xinjiang, and southern Hainan Island. Grade 9 wind (see Figure 2).

  From 08:00 on October 25th to 08:00 on the 26th, there was light to moderate snow or sleet (2.5-4 mm) in parts of the mountainous areas in western Xinjiang, eastern Qinghai, and central and southern Gansu.

There were moderate to heavy rains and local heavy rains (50-80 mm) in parts of Hainan Island, southern Guangxi, southern Guangxi, coastal areas of southern Guangxi, and southeastern Yunnan.

There are 4 to 6 winds in parts of central Tibet, central and western Inner Mongolia, and southeast coastal areas of Guangxi. Among them, there are local winds of 7 to 8 in central Tibet (see Figure 3).
