We (The Palace Museum) have approximately 367,000 pieces of ceramics, 90% of which are produced in Jingdezhen. This has established the Palace Museum and Jingdezhen as a natural one. This kind of cooperation and exchange is an opportunity that I feel every time I come. In order to promote the traditional Chinese culture and the ceramic civilization of ancient ceramics in Jingdezhen, there are some new ideas.

On the same day, Shan Jixiang participated as the main guest in the Ming Dynasty gourd kiln re-burning and ignition ceremony. He said that behind the simple re-burning and ignition ceremony, a large number of research results and efforts of Jingdezhen people and ceramics were condensed, which has important practical significance.

It can really be reburned first of all to restore the traditional crafts, traditional techniques, and traditional materials in the past, so that it slowly accumulates to the present, so today our ancient kilns of all ages can be reburned to achieve ignition. This is an important way to protect heritage It is also that people can more intuitively understand the splendid culture created by our ancestors and what it means to people in real life today.
