Actor Park Seo-joon became a building owner in Gangnam, Seoul.



On the morning of the 23rd, a media reported that Park Seo-jun purchased a building in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul for about 11 billion won earlier this year.



According to the real estate industry, the building purchased by Park Seo-joon is located in a station area with nearby city bus stops and Apgujeong Rodeo Station on the Bundang Line. It has 1 basement level and 5 floors above ground and covers an area of ​​373.7m2. It is an old building, completed in September 1986, but is said to have been remodeled into a three-dimensional structure.



On the 3rd and 5th floors of this building are shops of staff who have worked with Park Seo-jun for a long time. Park Seo-jun is known to have moved in at a low price for acquaintances who have worked with him for a long time.



A real estate official said, "There is a two-lane road in front of the building, and even according to the current market price, it is around 120 to 30 million won per pyeong." As a result, Park Seo-jun predicted that in one year, the market price margin would be close to 4 billion won.



It is known that Park Seo-joon purchased this building around the end of this spring, when the JTBC drama'Itaewon Class' ended.



Park Seo-joon is currently filming the film'Dream' by director Lee Byung-hun.
