, the second sequel to the 2001 cult film, will be released in May 2022. The comedy, which made Reese Witherspoon an international star, already had its first sequel in 2003 , much less appreciated by critics.

So it's been almost 20 years that fans of the "franchise" have been waiting for a film at the level of the original.
