Strong winds and cooling weather in Northeast China and other places

  Yesterday, there was rain (snow) or sleet in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, northwest Heilongjiang, northeastern Tibet, and northern Sichuan plateau. Typhoon "Shader" affects the South China Sea

  The center of this year’s No. 17 typhoon "Shader" (severe tropical storm level) is today (22nd) at 5 o'clock in the morning on the east side of the South China Sea about 465 kilometers east of Yongxing Island in Xisha, Hainan. The maximum wind force near the center is 10 Level (28m/s), the lowest central pressure is 982 hPa.

  It is expected that "Shader" will first move slowly to the northwest at a speed of about 10 kilometers per hour over the sea surface of the central and eastern South China Sea. There were light to moderate rains in parts of eastern Jiangnan, central and southern Sichuan plateau, central and western Yunnan, eastern Tibet, and Taiwan Island. Among them, there were heavy rains (25-40 mm) in western Yunnan and northeastern Taiwan Island.

There are 4 to 7 winds in central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northern and eastern Hebei, western and southern Liaoning, Shandong Peninsula, eastern Zhejiang and other places (see Figure 2).
