Recently, at the Dunhuang Middle School in Jiuquan, Gansu, the school teachers adapted the Dunhuang dance according to local characteristics and incorporated it into the students’ inter-class exercises.
When the music sounded, the students danced lightly and gracefully, and their movements were neat and uniform.
The teacher of the Dunhuang Middle School said that the Dunhuang dance was created twice based on the Dunhuang murals. The name is "Dance Beauty Dunhuang". The students have been doing exercises between classes of Dunhuang dance for nearly five years.
