The gendarmes of the motorized platoon of Saint-Thégonnec Loc-Eguiner (Finistère) carried out a speed control operation on the RD19 on Monday at the level of the town of Plouvorn.
An operation that will not have been in vain since the gendarmes flashed a motorcyclist at 198 km / h on this axis, however limited to 80 km / h, as they report on their Facebook page.
The selected speed was finally lowered to 188 km / h.
The biker driver's license was nonetheless withdrawn on the spot and his motorcycle was impounded pending legal proceedings.
