Morgan said he has always had a plateau "farm dream", so he came to Qinghai in 2009 to start his own business. In 2014 Rented 8 vegetable greenhouses in the prototype modern urban agricultural science and technology demonstration park in Xining City and began to grow organic vegetables.

  I think many people in Qinghai have not heard of organic vegetables, and may not understand why it is important to eat organic vegetables, so we hope that many people in the future will (know) that there are organic vegetables in Qinghai.

  [Explanation] Morgan said that when he started to grow organic vegetables, local farmers and residents didn't understand it.

Since no pesticides are used, vegetables are prone to insects. In order to solve this problem, Morgan will not only place yellow sticky insect boards in each greenhouse, but also spray homemade insecticide once a week.

  Because we can't use pesticides, bugs are a problem. (Kutong) oil and soap are put together (mixed) in water (sprayed on vegetables).

  [Explanation] Morgan has grown more than 20 kinds of common domestic vegetables in his vegetable greenhouse, as well as more than 10 kinds of foreign vegetables such as Swiss chard, Mexican pickled peppers, and basil. In 2018, he also invited an organic fertilizer expert from Switzerland to make organic fertilizer from the roots of local plants.
