China News Service, October 20. According to the website of the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission, at 0-24 o'clock on October 19, 5 newly imported confirmed cases in Guangdong Province. Guangzhou reported 2 cases each from Pakistan and Tajikistan. 1 case in Nigeria.
There were 10 newly imported asymptomatic infections from abroad. Guangzhou reported 6 cases, 2 cases were from Nepal, and the remaining 4 cases were from the UAE, Egypt, Oman and Turkey; Qingyuan reported 4 cases, 3 cases were from the UAE, and 1 case was from Ethiopia.
All of the above were found at the port of entry or isolation point, and were quarantined for observation after entry.

As of 24:00 on October 19, Guangdong Province had reported a total of 1,889 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia (493 imported cases).
Currently there are 40 cases in hospital.
