Ibaraki Kamisu Female college student murder case "I had a murder" 14 years imprisonment sentence October 19 17:03

Last year, in a case where a female university student in Tokyo was found buried in a field in Kamisu City, Ibaraki Prefecture, the Tokyo District Court sentenced the defendant to imprisonment, saying that he had a murderous intention and was motivated by himself. I handed down a 14-year judgment.

In January last year, an 18-year-old female college student in Katsushika-ku, Tokyo was found buried in a field in Kamisu City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and Koichi Hirose, a 37-year-old unemployed defendant, said the nose and mouth of a female college student. He was accused of murder and abandonment of the corpse for killing him by blocking his hand.

The defendant claimed that he was "not murderous" and remained injured, and the issue was whether he had murderous intentions.

In a ruling on the 19th, Toshiro Nohara, the judge of the Tokyo District Court, pointed out that "when the nose and mouth were closed, it was recognized that the victim had a murderous intention to die."

On top of that, he said, "In the first place, the defendant tried to trick a woman into avoiding the payment of money, and the motive was selfish. It is unavoidable to bury the body and prevent the crime from being discovered." He was sentenced to 14 years in prison for the year's sentence.
