The subtitle superimpose was displayed on the upper part of the screen for 5 seconds and was broadcast throughout Hokkaido, so about an hour later, HBC said, "Earthquake early warning was wrong", and the subtitle superimpose and Twitter in the program I corrected it with the official account and apologized.



At that time, breaking news training and system modifications were not conducted, and the cause is unknown.
