New rules, but little change.

The new update of the health protocol, still requiring the wearing of a mask in companies and inviting them to define a minimum number of days of telework per week, among others, was published this Friday on the site of the Ministry of Labor.

This "national protocol to ensure the health and safety of employees in companies in the face of the Covid-19 epidemic" was updated after the intervention of the President of the Republic on Wednesday.

Two to three days of telework recommended by the president

Emmanuel Macron notably recommended “two to three days of teleworking per week” in companies where this is possible, to “reduce collective pressure a little”.

Without going so far as to give a weekly objective, the protocol now requires employers to set, within the framework of social dialogue, "a minimum number of days of teleworking per week, for positions which allow it" in the areas subject to cover. -fire.

"They are also invited to do so in other areas."

In addition, companies must now adapt "the hours of presence in order to smooth the flow at peak times" in public transport.

The protocol also recalls the barrier and distancing gestures, in force since the previous document.
