According to the person involved, Ms. Zhao, her daughter is 3 and a half years old this year and she goes to middle class at Chuntian Huahua Kindergarten in Kulun Village, Dachang, Hohhot.

"On the evening of October 7, when I was sewing clothes, my daughter suddenly told me that kindergarten teacher Guo used needles to prick people." In view of the incident that kindergarten teacher stabbed children with needles not long ago, Ms. Zhao hurriedly inspected her daughter's body. "There are many suspicious pinhole scabs on the head, fingers, legs, and ankles."

The next day, Ms. Zhao contacted the parents of other children in the class.

After communication, it was found that a total of 4 children had wounds and scabs, including a pair of twins.

On October 9, Ms. Zhao came to the kindergarten to find Teacher Guo.

The reporter saw from the video provided by Ms. Zhao that Mr. Guo admitted to scaring the children when they were not sleeping, but he did not really prick them.

In the video, Mr. Guo said that this was just a means of educating children and admitted that his method was improper.

The reporter learned that after graduating from college in 2012, Mr. Guo has been engaged in preschool education. During this period, he went to correspondence education to study preschool education, but he did not obtain a teacher qualification certificate.

"The child will have a holiday on September 30, and on October 7, the parents discovered that there was a suspected needle eye. There was no abnormality in the child for such a long time. According to common sense, even if the child was punctured before the holiday, how could blood scabs appear after such a long time?" Teacher Guo Say.

When Ms. Zhao called the police, she took the child to the hospital for identification.

The hospital report showed that brown or black scabs were spotted under dermoscopy, and local hemorrhage scabs.

The Fifth Interpol Squadron, Saihan District Public Security Branch of the Hohhot Public Security Bureau, intervened in the investigation.

According to the police handling the case, after investigation, the kindergarten did not have the qualifications to run a school, the monitoring in the kindergarten was damaged, and the monitoring video data could not be provided.

Teacher Guo admitted that he had scared the children with the pin behind the school badge, but he never really did.

"After the polygraph expert conducted a polygraph on Mr. Guo, it showed that her mood was stable, and the possibility of committing the crime was preliminarily ruled out. We also compared the blood samples of several suspected infants with the needles on the school badge, but did not extract the DNA. DNA typing of the child who was punctured.” The policeman handling the case said.

The police handling the case stated that they visited the school teacher and the other two parents of the child who had been stabbed by Ms. Zhao on many occasions. The other party said that Mr. Guo had never stabbed the child.

The police also used technical means to restore teacher Guo’s mobile phone data, and they did not find any video and chat records of her suspected needle stick.

The policeman who handled the case frankly stated that there is currently no sufficient evidence to prove that Mr. Guo has used a needle to pierce the child, and further investigation is needed.

After the incident, the Office of the Leading Group for Shutdown and Prohibition of Unlicensed Kindergartens in Saihan District issued a "Letter to Parents."

The letter stated that Chuntian Huahua Kindergarten had not obtained a school permit, its building area and teaching staff were not up to standard, and there were major safety risks, and it was ordered to stop running the school.

Teacher Liu, the principal of Chuntian Huahua Kindergarten, told reporters that the kindergarten was originally opened in partnership with classmates. Last year, it was operated on its own and the procedures were indeed incomplete.

"The school just started shortly after the epidemic this year, and the students are all children from the village, with a total of less than 30 students and 4 teachers." Teacher Liu said.

Chinanews will continue to pay attention to the progress of this matter.
