Singer Amir's new album, "Resources", is released on Friday.

He explains to Anne Roumanoff's microphone the genesis of "Twelve warriors", one of his new titles composed in tribute to the strong women around him, including climate activist Greta Thunberg.

was born 

inspired among others by the famous environmental activist Greta Thunberg.

Twelve warriors. 

"It is a tribute to women that begins with a general tribute", summarizes the singer.

"I had in mind the little one, Greta Thunberg, who has fascinated me a lot these last years, lately. She hasn't been around that long, but it's Greta Thunberg in mind."

This general tribute, inspired by the Swedish teenager, is followed by a second part dedicated to Lital, Amir's wife.

"When I finish writing the first part of the song, I wonder if there is still a heroine I can speak to. Suddenly, I think to myself 'But this heroine, that's the one I am. have me at home, ”he explains.

The singer was indeed inspired by the birth of his wife for the rest of the song.

"I know that some people think that you should not salute the woman for something that is totally natural. I can understand that point of view," he says.

"But my wife's delivery amazed me. I was there, planted like an incompetent in the face of the strength she displayed. The second verse of 

Twelve Warriors

tells it."
