The Egyptian artistic community records new names hit by Corona

The Egyptian artistic community was exposed to a new attack by the Corona virus, after the Egyptian artist Mahmoud Al-Laithi announced that he had been infected, noting that it was not limited to him only, but also affected his family members.

Al-Laithi confirmed through his account on "Facebook" that he had discovered his infection more than 10 days ago, but his health condition is stable, but the sad thing for him is that the infection reached his wife and mother.

He asked the public to pray for them, especially since their health condition is not stable, and he also expressed his regret for everyone who tried to communicate with him in the past days without responding to him.

There were reports confirming that the director, Mohamed Sami, was infected with the virus, after he felt some symptoms, and conducted tests that proved his infection with the emerging virus.

Once it was confirmed that the Egyptian director was infected, his wife, the artist, Mai Omar, conducted the swab and analyzes in order to find out whether she had caught the infection or not, but the swab came negative to make sure that she was free of the emerging virus.

Mai Omar participates in filming the series "Louloua", in which she is starring, while her husband, Muhammad Sami, prepares to direct the series "Nassl Al-Ghurab", which will be shown next Ramadan, and co-starring Ahmed Al-Sakka and Amir Karara.
