He will be able to answer simple questions, such as 'Where are we in the intensive care unit?'

and "When will a vaccine?". People lack a compass. Some are in denial, others overreact. It is not abnormal that the Head of State wants to set a course ", explains the journalist.

"Concrete answers on concrete measures"

Since this is an interview and not a speech, uncertainty remains however as to the content of the president's remarks.

"I believe so, but I have no specific information", answers Gilles Bouleau.
