  • The Trolls are doubly back.

  • They live new musical adventures in theaters in the film "World Tour".

  • They are also in the spotlight of an exhibition which celebrates the 25 years of the Dreamworks studio at the Artludique museum in Paris.

The colorful universe of little musical elves is back in

Trolls 2 - World Tour

by Walt Dohrn and David P. Smith where a hard rock "trollette" has decided to remove all other musical genres to the chagrin of her fellows.

A great opportunity to celebrate the quarter of a century of the Dreamworks studio in music and color, as does the superb playful art exhibition “outside the walls” from October 14 to November 8 in Paris.

“What sets Dreamworks studios apart from others is that they don't have one style.

Each film has its own very recognizable imagery which varies according to the stories told, ”explains Jean-Jacques Launier, director of the exhibition with his wife Diane.

Among the two hundred works they have assembled covering Dreamworks productions since the creation of the studio in 1994, the Trolls are just as much in the spotlight as Shrek or Kung-Fu Panda.

Legends reinvented

“Dreamworks reinterprets classic legends in its own way, which is particularly the case for Trolls.

No one can see these creatures in the same way after having seen the films ”insists Jean-Jacques Launier.

The seemingly simplistic Danish characters found a new lease of life and a hell of a look thanks to the two films that rocked them to the sound of rock 'n' roll.

“The strength of the artists at Dreamworks is to have created a totally original vision that is almost like an artistic installation as it is so varied.

Adults and children alike can be seduced by this vitamin universe.

Sublime "scrapbooks"

“I am especially proud that we are able to show original works such as 'scrapbooks' made especially for

Trolls

.

They show the incredible creative genius of a studio that constantly reinvents itself by not hesitating to play with different materials and textures, ”insists Jean-Jacques Launier.

Created by Priscilla Wong, these books embroidered in fabrics and felt recounting the legend of the heroes of the film are among the most beautiful pieces of an exhibition rich in superb works and in exciting filmed interviews revealing the secrets of the Trolls and other stars of Dreamworks .

It would be all the more unfortunate to do without since the entry is free and the sanitary provisions are scrupulously respected.
