  Liang Yihao, coordinator of the Infectious Disease Control and Disease Surveillance Department of the Health Bureau, said that the authorities will look back on those who have been to Qinghai, Shandong in the past 14 days, and follow up their health conditions until they leave Qingdao on the 14th.

  Liang Yihao urged citizens to suspend their trips to Qingdao, Shandong if they do not have to; if they must go, they should take strict protective measures and avoid going to crowded or high-risk places such as medical institutions.

  Regarding whether Macau’s epidemic prevention measures can be gradually relaxed, Luo Yilong, the medical director of the Connelly General Hospital, said that after the National Day Golden Week, the authorities are studying and reviewing current epidemic prevention measures, including wearing masks, extending the validity period of cross-border nucleic acid test results, and allowing foreigners Enter Macau and so on.

Currently, it is actively communicating and coordinating with relevant mainland authorities, and if there are any adjustment measures, it will be announced as soon as possible.

  As of October 12, Macau has had no local case reports for 197 consecutive days and no overseas imported case reports for 108 consecutive days.

So far there has been no community transmission of the new crown pneumonia virus, and no medical staff has been infected.
