At the turn of autumn and winter, the South Dongting Lake ushered in the season of migratory birds.
Due to the high water level of the Outer Lake this year, the South Dongting Lake in October is extremely high and wide.
A green poplar tree grows in a water area called Steaming Bohu Lake. Thousands of wild cormorants that have migrated from the north sometimes rise up and fly high, sometimes choose branches to stand and gather together.
This year, the South Dongting Lake implemented a ban on catching and retreating, and the fishery resources are very rich. In addition to large populations of wild cormorants, there are also geese, wild ducks, and white spoonbills waiting for birds.
