A millionaire buys a bank that has refused a loan and turns it into a store

Businessman Adam Dering bought RBS Bank in Armston, and decided to convert it into residential apartments and a retail commercial project.

This was in retaliation against the bank, which refused to lend them to the amount of 10,000 pounds 17 years ago.

The British newspaper "Daily Mail" reported that Adam Dering was bankrupt at the time, but is now one of the most respected and successful businessmen in the United Kingdom.

The newspaper pointed out that Dering decided to prove the bank’s fault through toil in his small office, which did not contain any furniture, until he built his debt management company from scratch, and in 2014 he sold it for 5 million pounds.

Now Adam (39 years) heads 5 companies worth millions of dollars, and he decided to take revenge on the bank, which refused to help him, by buying the bank building itself for 450 thousand pounds sterling.
