The bad weather last weekend caused a lot of damage: destroyed houses, roads cut off by swollen rivers.
Emmanuel Macron will visit the different valleys this afternoon.
He will go to a village still isolated and accessible only by helicopter.
On the French side, four people died, eight are missing according to a provisional assessment.
Report in Breil on Roya, one of the villages most affected by the storm.
