The League for the Protection of Birds Paca and Ferus, an association for the protection of the wolf, announce in a press release their intention to file an appeal before the administrative court of Nîmes against the shooting of the wolf in Ventoux.

In a decree taken on September 28, and amended on September 30, the prefect of Vaucluse authorizes the slaughter of two wolves, "far from herds and excluding predation," write the two associations in this press release.

“Why such a decision when in other departments, more concerned by the presence and predation of wolves, this kind of authorization has become extremely rare?

They ask themselves.
