On October 3rd, "My Hometown and Me" held a press conference in Guangzhou. Directors Deng Chao, Yu Baimei and starring Miao Fu shared the difficulties of filming in the "Road to Hometown" unit in Guangzhou.

Yu Baimei said that the results of sand control in northern Shaanxi have been obvious. "The changes in northern Shaanxi are huge, and it is very difficult to find the desert to film."

In the "Road to Homecoming" unit, Deng Chao's arbor tree is rooted in his hometown of Mu Us Desert, planting trees to control sand and helping local villagers get rid of poverty and become rich.

The Mu Us Sandy Land mentioned in the film is one of the four largest sandy areas in China.

It used to be yellow sand for days and days, with no end in sight.

After years of governance, the old "sand advances and people retreat" have become today's "green advances and sand retreats."

Yu Baimei said that the Mu Us Desert is completely covered in green, and there is no scene of yellow sand flooding the sky. The scene of "yellow sand flooding the sky" in the movie is artificially formed by the staff using a row of huge blowers and sawdust, so the history of the early filming is very difficult. "The art director of the film has walked thousands of kilometers in northern Shaanxi, but he couldn't find the loess high slopes. When I look around, it is all green. The changes in northern Shaanxi are so huge, so huge that it is very difficult to film. It's not suitable to go to northern Shaanxi for shooting, and the scene has changed dramatically."

Deng Chao said that the desert where the arbor trees planted the trees in the film is actually an exhibition area. “That’s when everyone goes there to wash the sand and go for sandboarding. Finally, only CG technology can be used to further expand and replicate the scene."

According to reports, "My Hometown and Me" is directed by Zhang Yimou, Ning Hao as the chief director, and Zhang Yibai as the chief planner. Ning Hao, Xu Zheng, Chen Sicheng, Yan Fei and Peng Damo, Deng Chao and Yu Baimei respectively direct five stories. , Nearly 100 actors participated in the performance, which was released nationwide on October 1.
