Morocco summons Munir El Hadaddi against Senegal and DRC

Vahid Halilhodzic, the coach of the Morocco team, unveiled on October 1, 2020 a list of 26 players for a course punctuated by two matches, against Senegal and DR Congo.
The Spanish international Munir El Haddadi was summoned for the occasion, one month before the resumption of qualifying for CAN 2021.

The Sevilla FC striker could indeed make his debut with the Atlas Lions on the occasion of two friendly matches, scheduled for Rabat against Senegal (October 9) and DR Congo (October 13).
The 25-year-old left-hander was in any case summoned by Vahid Halilhodzic, this October 1, 2020.

In total, seven new ones are on the list for the preparatory stage for the resumption of
qualifying for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations
: defenders Samy Mmaee (Sint-Truiden / Belgium) and Soufiane Chakla (Villarreal / Spanish) ;
midfielders Nassim Boujellab (Schalke 04 / Germany), Driss Saddiki (Willem II / Netherlands) and Aymen Barkok (Eintracht Frankfurt / Germany);
attackers Mohammed Rharsalla (Slovan Bratislava / Slovakia) and Munir El Haddadi (Sevilla FC / Spain).
Two notable absences, however: those of defender Yunis Abdelhamid (poor form) and midfielder Adel Taarabt (injury).
Regarding star Hakim Ziyech, the coach stressed that the Chelsea (England) playmaker "
has an injury
" but he hopes "
that he can play
".
Vahid Halilhodzic intends to test new things in view of the double confrontation of November 2020 against the Central African Republic (between November 9 and 17), in the CAN 2021 qualifiers.
