On September 29, three teachers of the kindergarten were criminally detained by the police on suspicion of abusing their guardians and caregivers.
The "Notice" clearly requires that, for private kindergartens suspected of having child abuse incidents, the territorial education administrative department shall promptly and properly handle the problem in accordance with laws and regulations, and shall not conceal the problem or even shelter the kindergarten in question.
