The "Judgment" shows that on March 20, the Shangluo City People's Procuratorate charged the defendant Qi Yujiang with bribery and filed a prosecution with the Shangluo Intermediate People's Court.
On September 1, the Shangluo Intermediate People's Court opened a court session to hear the case.
According to the official resume, Qi Yujiang, male, Han nationality, born in February 1958, the eldest son of Shaanxi, joined the Communist Party of China in October 1976, joined the work in December 1980, member of the Chinese Writers Association, and a university degree from the Shaanxi Provincial Party School.
Qi Yujiang has worked in Yan'an for a long time, and has served successively in Yan'an Animal Husbandry Bureau, Yan'an Agricultural Committee, Yan'an Agricultural Development Office, etc.
Since October 1997, Qi Yujiang has been transferred to work in Baota District, Yan'an City, where he served successively as member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee, Deputy District Chief, Deputy Secretary of the District Committee, and District Chief.
