On the afternoon of September 29, the police from Shangsi County, Fangchenggang City, Guangxi handed over a fugitive from a large Vietnamese drug case to the Vietnamese police.
It is reported that the fugitive had absconded in Shangsi. In May last year, after receiving a request from the Vietnamese side for a coordinated arrest, the Shangsi police launched an operation to close the net but failed.
On September 28 this year, the fugitive was arrested while riding a bus.
