[Subtitle] September 30, Victoria Peak Garden, Hong Kong

The All-China Youth Federation waved the national flag at Tongxin Forest in Victoria Peak Park to celebrate the 71st birthday of the motherland.

[Concurrent] Huo Qigang, Vice Chairman of the All-China Youth Federation

This place is very meaningful to me. I remember that in 2017 three years ago, it was the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong's return.

We are here to hold youth activities.

If I remember correctly, it was young people from 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and even overseas, who gathered in Hong Kong.

What is so special? They were all born on July 1, 1997.

So everyone came here and planted a tree. We named it Tongxin Forest. It is really the same heart of young people all over the country to support Hong Kong.

[Concurrent] Liang Hongzheng, Vice Chairman of the All-China Youth Federation

This time the 71st anniversary celebration of our motherland, I wanted to find something meaningful to me, so I came here.

Tomorrow is our National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival. I feel that at this moment, we Chinese should unite more. No matter what challenges there are in the future, I believe that as long as the Chinese nation is united, it will be able to overcome difficulties and create greater glories.
