Actress Amber Heard -

Avalon / Starface

Amber Heard has found a new way to pressure Johnny Depp in the libel lawsuit between him and her ex-husband.

But while the

Pirates of the Caribbean

star

managed to get extra time to prepare (explaining that he had to shoot the third installment in the

Fantastic

Beasts

franchise

), Amber Heard has a new request for the judges: she asked that her ex-husband shows up for a confrontation with his lawyers.

Also, I've just found out that 'Waiting for the Barbarians', made with my dear friends Mark Rylance and Robert Pattinson, is out in the UK this week.

Hope you guys get a chance to see it.

"The defense is compelled to bring this motion after having made considerable efforts to obtain the complainant's deposition, even after providing a two-month notice of deposition, asking for Mr. Depp's locations and dates prior to his filming," seeking to uncover Johnny Depp's exact schedule, and finally learning that the plaintiff, who is suing the defense for $ 50 million, will not make himself available for deposition until the filming of

Fantastic

Beasts is over, it that is to say at the end of February 2021, or perhaps later ”, complained the lawyers of the star, according to Deadline.

Not so fast

Amber Heard therefore asks that the case be dismissed by the courts, arguing the ill will of her ex-husband who, moreover, finds the time to go "to multiple festivals in Europe", where he is at each times "asked to quarantine, unlike the United States".

And if justice does not grant her request, the actress wants at least Johnny Depp to appear "for three successive days in the offices of the accused in Virginia, no later than October 30, 2020, on dates and hours convenient for the accused's lawyer ”.

Obviously, Johnny Depp has not yet responded to this new request from his ex-wife, but they must anyway find themselves in court shortly.

In the previous case which took the ex-couple to court, justice must indeed rule.

Judge Nicol, who presided over the trial between the actor and

The Sun

press group

, had promised a verdict in September.

This judgment should therefore not delay.
