A woman who accused group SS501 member Kim Hyung-jun of sexual assault 10 years ago was sentenced to imprisonment at the first trial for innocence.
According to Kim Hyung-jun's agency, the woman A, who was handed over to trial for innocent and defamation of Kim Hyeong-jun, was sentenced to eight months in prison at a trial for the first trial held at the Goyang Branch of the Uijeongbu District Court on the 25th.
Earlier, Mr. A filed a complaint in March of last year, claiming that he had been sexually assaulted at his home in May 2010 while meeting Kim Hyung-jun at the bar where he was working in 2010.
In response, Hyung-Jun Kim actively denied the facts and filed a complaint in April, a month later, for innocence and defamation.
The prosecution gave Kim Hyeong-joon's sexual assault charges free of charge and handed Mr. A to trial on charges of innocence.
