Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching, Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine customized 30,000 moon cakes to all students.
There are two moon cakes per person, one of which is medicated moon cake.
The school motto "Sincere, Kindness and Simplicity" is also printed on the surface of the mooncakes.
It is understood that there are two types of medicated moon cakes, namely, Yipi Xiaobing and Yipi Xiaobing. The reference recipes are derived from the "Yiyibing" and "Yipibing" in the "Medicine Zhong Shenxilu", using both medicine and food. The raw materials are carefully developed to invigorate the spleen, stomach, and essence.
