“It was a film with a pretty big budget.

And I think everyone understands the pay gap issues in Hollywood.

I asked for a salary that the studio did not want to give me.

I was already hesitant to go back to work and my daughter was going back to school so I just said 'I will only do it if I am compensated in an honest way', ”she recalled.

Surprise in Hollywood

That's when Chadwick Boseman stepped in, Sienna Miller continues.

“Chadwick decided to donate part of his salary to make sure I got the salary I requested.

He said it was what I deserved.

It is one of the most mind-boggling things I have ever experienced.

That never happens, that sort of thing.

He said to me "You will be paid for what you are worth, what you deserve".

It's unimaginable to see a man in this city (Hollywood) behaving in such an honest and respectable way, ”added the actress.

Chadwick Boseman died on August 28 after a four-year battle with cancer, which he chose to keep a secret.

He was 43 years old.
