The radio profiles Cecilia Uddén, Jesper Lindau, Gunnar Bolin, Agneta Furvik and eleven other employees at Swedish Radio support the call against racism in the workplace, which was signed by 39 employees at Swedish Radio on 25 September.

In an open letter in Dagens Nyheter, they write:

“We write to give our co-workers our support and show that we hear their stories.

Some of us who write here have experienced for ourselves what the call testifies to.

Racism exists in our workplace, as well as in the rest of society. ”

The radio profiles turn against CEO Cilla Benkö's claim that "Swedish Radio is not a racist company and that we do not have racist employees", and believe that it is a way to cover up the problems.

Furthermore, the radio profiles demand an internal discussion and measures to "act to access the racism from which Swedish Radio is not exempt."
