A donor contributed 5,000 dirhams, out of a total of 25,000, the value of renewing the health insurance cards for (Abu Ali and his wife - 64 years), who have been suffering from high blood pressure for 10 years, which caused them several health problems, including high cholesterol in the blood, in addition to injury ( Umm Ali), finally, with pain in the spine, and the complications of this disease increased.

And their son (Ali) appeals to people of good and merciful hearts to extend a helping hand to them, to complete the remaining amount.

The "hotline" coordinated between the donor and the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities in Dubai, to transfer the donation amount to the health insurance company.

The son expressed his thanks to the donor, for standing with them in light of the financial circumstances that they are going through, indicating that this donation is not strange for state members in their solidarity with humanitarian cases, and extending a hand of aid and assistance to everyone in need.

On September 10, Emirates Today published the story of Abu Ali and his wife's suffering due to the difficulty in renewing their health insurance card, due to the inability to obtain the required amount.

(Ali) narrated, to Emirates Today, the story of his parents ’suffering with illness, saying:“ My father’s health condition has deteriorated a lot 10 years ago, as he used to complain of frequent and permanent headaches, and at that time he worked as a salesman in a shop, and one day he fainted He fell on the ground, and his friend took over the work of the first aid.

He added: “My father went with his friend to the emergency department at Tawam Hospital in Al-Ain, and after seeing the specialist, he asked him to conduct laboratory tests and analyzes, in addition to blood tests, and the results of the tests showed that he was suffering from a sharp rise in blood pressure, which caused him to lose consciousness. In addition to high cholesterol ».

He continued: "The doctor asked my father to take high blood pressure medication, adhere to them, and follow a healthy diet, in addition to exercising daily, taking sufficient time for psychological comfort, and also asking him to conduct regular checks to monitor pressure continuously."

He pointed out that his mother suffered during that period with pain in the lower back, which made her lose the ability to move normally, and she became bedridden, so he took her to Tawam Hospital, and the tests and CT scans showed that she suffers from disc disease, high blood pressure, and a lack of vitamin "D", and needs to Taking medicines and vitamins regularly, and in the absence of access to medicines, this will cause complications.

(Ali) pointed out that his parents kept on taking medicines, committed to conducting tests, and their health improved, but a year ago, he was unable to renew his health insurance card, which caused them not to go to the hospital.

He explained that he works for a private company with a salary of 8,500 dirhams, and that he has many obligations, including tuition fees for his children.
