  In terms of commercial land, the SAR government will sell a site in Central New Waterfront No. 3, originally scheduled to be launched in the second quarter, next quarter.

In terms of industrial land, the SAR government plans to launch a site in Fanling in the next quarter, which can provide a total floor area of ​​approximately 20,100 square meters.
