I never think that there is a senior executive in the state who has not yet known the way the consulting firms work that promote their ability to develop administrative work, or prepare administrative structures, and at the same time I do not think, also, that there is a general manager or department head who has not yet been discovered The weakness of these companies, and the lack of their usefulness. Most, if not all, of those who requested the services of these companies paid huge sums of money and did not benefit from it, then they re-developed their business and administrative structures with internal work teams!

It is strange that those who request the services of these companies, this time, a leading educational institution, are supposed to be the main provider of expertise, competencies and citizen academics, who, according to their capabilities and qualifications, can contribute to the development of the work of the various federal and local government agencies, especially their university in which they work, but unfortunately they are They found themselves overnight subject to evaluation, and even vulnerable to being removed from their positions, according to the assessment of individuals who have nothing to do with evaluating universities!

The obligation of academic, scientific and administrative leaderships at the UAE University to take personality tests by a "commercial company" that lacks experience in academic and scientific work is really surprising, especially since these (weak) tests include all academic and scientific leaders from the vice-chancellors of the university, To the deans of colleges, college agents, and directors of research and scientific centers, who have spent long years in research and teaching work, then a non-specialized company comes to measure their abilities, so what might it measure or know about them!

International universities are subject to recognized practical and scientific methods of measuring capabilities, including the degree of research influence, teaching capabilities, community service, and achievement is the most important measurement, and what is happening now in the university is far from all of that!

During the past two years, the university has gone through an experience it has not previously experienced during its long life, which is the exaggerated dependence on consulting firms that generate other consulting firms to manage the university’s affairs, which marginalized the concerned departments and kept them from exercising their basic roles, with a high bill Spending on consulting companies that have nothing to do with academic or university work, and it is ironic that the one who leads this process is currently working as a consultant, and he previously worked in the same company that was brought to the university, so is this a coincidence!

It is clear that the evaluation is an entrance to removal and not to development. It seems that the Director of the Human Resources Department has been marginalized, and powers have been granted to a "foreign" woman working in the position of an expert, and she has been given the title of Executive Director of Human Resources, and also foreign employees have been appointed in the administration in place of citizens, In supervisory and administrative jobs with contracts, which contravenes the Cabinet’s decision on Emiratisation, and is considered misleading of the percentage of Emiratisation in the institution.

Likewise, a foreigner was appointed in the position of Marketing Director, in the classification of universities, and a foreign director was appointed to employ graduates, and the head of the Department of National Financial Affairs was dispensed and replaced with an expatriate, and the Director of the Campus Development Department, the citizen, was removed from his job, and transferred to the Office of the Secretary-General, Likewise, the Assistant Dean for Admission Affairs (a citizen) was deported and transferred to the office of the Deputy Director, and the Associate Deputy was removed from his position, and he was transferred as an advisor in the Office of the Director, and the Secretary-General (citizen) was excluded, and he is now working as a regular professor in the college, with no alternative, The university director was also excluded, and until now there is no director. So can we know why?

Were all of them weak, incompetent, and unworthy of their positions in which they worked for several years, and the university was developing and advancing remarkably ?!
