Dubai has been ranked first as the best city in the Middle East for 2020, and among the top 10 cities in the world, ahead of Barcelona, Los Angeles and Rome, according to the classification of the American company "Resonance Consultancy", which specializes in tourism and real estate.

Dubai is ranked among the top five Arab cities in the Smart Cities Index 2020, according to the International Smart Cities Index 2020 issued by the Global Competitiveness Center, just as the UAE ranks first in the Arab world and regionally in the smart and digital services index, and Dubai is ranked first in the Arab world in the happiness index. Cities, according to the World Happiness Report for the year 2020, in which the UAE ranked first in the Arab world.

If we count the number of advanced centers achieved by Dubai and the country on several levels and indicators, we will not be done with them. What we have mentioned is only a small sample from a group of those centers.

All these accomplishments did not come from nothing, but rather through continuous efforts and dedicated work that did not stop, according to a clear strategic plan to become Dubai in what it is now. Dubai has made a quantum leap in various fields in a period of time that we consider to be short compared to the cities of the region. And the lifestyle it offers to its residents is in fact incomparable with others, and this is what makes us say: "Dubai is not."

Yes, “Dubai is different” if we look at the elements of growth and development that it is witnessing, “Dubai is different” if we look at the societal fabric that distinguishes it, the security that prevails in it, and the harmony in which its inhabitants, who come from different countries of the world, coexist.

A societal mosaic dominated by respect and mutual inclusion of the culture of others without sensitivity or racism, this alone is sufficient to make "Dubai is not", and make it a preferred destination to live, work and settle in.

The quality of life and living in Dubai was sure to be one of the important elements that contributed to strengthening the emirate's position as an investment at the same time, which was a primary goal, which the emirate seeks to achieve by strengthening and developing the infrastructure and increasing the volume of spending on it to continuously improve it, so this advanced infrastructure has turned into The backbone of sustainability for the movement and performance of investment activities at the level of various economic sectors, including the real estate sector, and it was a strong impetus in supporting and encouraging individuals, companies and entrepreneurs to seize opportunities and enhance openness to the world. This openness, in turn, contributes to establishing the features of an integrated legislative structure aimed at supporting and organizing the investment environment In the emirate.

It is sufficient that Dubai acquires approximately 20% of the total number of skyscrapers in the world, and this in a period not exceeding 50 years, and it has the largest artificial island in the world, and the most expensive luxury real estate in the world is sold, and the best real estate on the waterfront.

Everything we say about what Dubai has reached does not meet the true description of that. Today, Dubai is an environment that supports innovation in all fields, and an incubator for creative ideas to be a destination for everyone who carries an idea and seeks to turn it into reality. In Dubai, ideas are planted, and in which they grow and flourish to go global. For this reason it remains and remains "Dubai is not."
