Kagoshima Prefecture and Kagoshima City announced on the 26th that five new cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed so far.
The infection was confirmed in two men in their twenties and two women in their twenties in Kagoshima City, and a man in their thirties in Amagi Town, Tokunoshima.
This is the first time that an infected person has been confirmed on Tokunoshima.
A total of 405 infected people have been confirmed in the prefecture so far.
