Three people, including parents, suspected of having raped and repeatedly sexually abused a 9-year-old girl in Villeneuve-sur-Lot (Lot-et-Garonne), were indicted for gang rape and assault sexual, we learned this Friday from corroborating sources.
The three people were indicted Wednesday evening, said the prosecutor's office in Agen, refusing any further clarification.

The three people arrested Monday, aged between 35 and 45, are the parents of the child and the new companion of the mother.
“We are in the deepest social misery.
The mother has been an alcoholic and drug addict since she was 14.
The facts are particularly abject ”, indicated a source close to the file.
Before the arrests, the little girl, “traumatized”, had confided in a foster family in which she had then been placed.
"She has since been hospitalized in a psychiatric unit", according to the same source.
The mother and her partner were remanded in custody.
The father was placed under judicial supervision.
