At 15:20, the Songshan Lake Fire Rescue Brigade arrived at the fire scene to fight the fire.
All on-site construction personnel were evacuated in time, and no casualties were reported.
At 16:50, the open flame was extinguished, covering an area of approximately 850 square meters.
The burning building is a single-story steel frame structure with an area of about 5,000 square meters. It is under renovation and has not been officially opened.
After a comprehensive search and cleanup by fire rescue personnel, it was found that there were three dead in the burning building, who were verified as employees of the park property management company.
Investigation of the cause of the accident and follow-up work are still in progress.
