She died in Rodez hospital where she had been taken care of.

The other residents who had been hospitalized were able to return to the retirement home on Monday evening.

According to the Occitanie Regional Health Agency, 16 elderly people remain "tested negative for Covid-19, including 12 in the protected unit of the establishment".

Following a new screening carried out last weekend, the organization of spaces was changed within the nursing home.

Thus, eleven residents "were moved in order to sectorize the establishment to separate people who tested positive from other residents".

And the rooms were disinfected by a bio-cleaning company.

Staff reinforcements

To deal with staff problems, also affected by the epidemic, doctors and a health officer came to reinforce the SSR Fenaille and the nursing home Terrasses des Causses.

They complete their mission this week.

"The medical relay will be provided by an emergency doctor from Sévérac who works at the hospital in Mende, in support of Dr. Lombardini, coordinating doctor of the nursing home.

Two civil protection volunteers remain engaged every night and the hospitalization service at the home of the UDSMA was mobilized with the network ", specifies the ARS.
