[Explanation] On September 25, the case of "replacement of life for 28 years" was heard again in the People's Court of Gulou District, Kaifeng City, Henan Province. The plaintiff’s attorney Zhou Zhaocheng introduced that the first-enforced 100,000 yuan (RMB) compensation has been in place.

　　[Explanation] In the morning, the plaintiff Yao Ce was ill in a wheelchair, accompanied by his lawyer and his family, to the court, ready to participate in the trial.

Yao Ce said that for the smooth opening of the trial, he took painkillers in advance and hoped to persist.

　　(Previous lawyer) He didn’t want it. I learned too much about the trial or content that easily made me emotionally unstable, so I always focus on active treatment. This time I came to the court trial and hoped that I could directly Come to understand the process of the trial and the results of the trial.

　　[Explanation] Prior to this, the case was held in the People's Court of Gulou District, Kaifeng City for the first time on September 11. Yao Ce failed to appear due to physical reasons.

During the trial, both the plaintiff and the defendant had a great disagreement on the compensation for the mental damage caused to the families of the children by the wrongdoing, and whether the hospital involved should be responsible for the liver cancer of one of the wrong children, Yao Ce.

　　[Explanation] On the 25th, the trial ended at 10:30, and Yao Ce's parents pushed him out of the court.

Zhou Zhaocheng, the attorney for the plaintiff, stated that the court focused on reviewing the personal information of Guo and Yao Ce and related information when they were born 28 years ago, and cross-examined all of Yao Ce's treatment bills after the illness.

The case was not pronounced in court.

　　Before the court, as Yao Ce is currently ill and is in urgent need of medical treatment, we applied to the court for prior enforcement.

In the case where there are major disputes between the plaintiff and the defendant, the (court) patiently did our work, taking into account a special situation in this case, and then urged the defendant to pay 100,000 yuan to the Huaihe Hospital of Henan University. The advance payment is in place.

　　[Explanation] It is understood that Yao Ce, a 28-year-old young man in Jiangxi, was diagnosed with liver cancer. His mother, Ms. Xu, decided to cut the liver and save her son. Unexpectedly, several inspections revealed that Yao Ce was not his biological son.

It was later confirmed that 28 years ago (1992), due to a work error in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan Kaifeng Medical College (now Huaihe Hospital of Henan University) that Ms. Xu gave birth in that year, two mothers held the wrong child.
