The police said that after in-depth investigation and consultation with the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, the Hong Kong Island Regional Criminal Headquarters arrested two men involved in the case, aged 23 and 74, on suspicion of "knowingly participating in an unauthorized assembly." .
Among them, the 23-year-old man was also suspected of violating the "Prohibition of Masking Regulations" in the unauthorized assembly.
The police pointed out that the two arrested men will be charged with related charges and the case will appear in Eastern Magistracy on September 30.
