On September 23, at the Shuicheng Edible Fungi Research Institute in Shuicheng County, Guizhou Province, where the Chinese Academy of Sciences undertook the designated poverty alleviation task, the staff used professional equipment to observe and test the experimental samples.
The institute aims to further promote the development of the local characteristic edible fungus industry through in-depth research.
In 2019, the Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shuicheng County signed the "Shuicheng County Edible Fungus Industry Technology Cooperation Agreement" to establish Shuicheng County Edible Fungus Expert Workstation, Edible Fungus Pilot Base, and Edible Fungus Training Base, which are the edible mushroom industry in Shuicheng County. Development provides all-round technological support.
