"Bear Grylls" ... a camp for explorers and nature lovers on Jebel Jais

The "Rak Leisure" company in Ras Al Khaimah announced the opening of the "Bear Grylls explorers camp", the first of its kind in the world, on Jebel Jais in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, this coming October.
The camp offers a destination in line with the travelers' new preferences to enjoy outdoor areas in the arms of nature, intended for small groups of visitors, while adhering to all safety measures and social distancing.
Training courses for teaching life skills in Al Barari will be launched for the first time in the Middle East region, in October 2020 within the camp, which will provide accommodations within the camp.
The camp will start receiving accommodation reservations in 2021, and it provides visitors with 20 shipping containers (cabin), which have been recycled and designed to meet basic accommodation needs, and enrich the experience of mountain adventure enthusiasts.
Bear Grylls enjoys international fame, as one of the most prominent figures known in the field of wildlife and outdoor adventures, especially through his successful television programs, and was joined by former US President Barack Obama and many Hollywood celebrities.
The camp, which will start receiving accommodation reservations early next year, includes 20 cabins each accommodating three people, and is based on self-service, and includes areas designated for barbecue and an outside balcony for preparing meals, to meet the aspirations of those wishing to live a real experience and relax in the embrace of nature.
