The second wave will not pass through you?

Mobilized during the first wave of Covid-19 which swept over France, many doctors, nurses or orderlies have decided to pass their turn and not to officiate in a Covid unit, while the number of contaminations in the country keeps increasing.

Stress, long repeated on-call, fatigue, patients who succumb to the coronavirus, but also the numerous contaminations within the healthcare staff themselves have got the better of their motivation.

The lack of recognition also, pushes some to give up, since interim caregivers are excluded from the Covid premium.

A cocktail that could lead to fear of a lack of arms in the event of a second wave.

Is this your case?

Are you a caregiver and have decided not to take care of Covid patients in the event of a second wave?

Why ?

What position do you hold and what are the reasons why you no longer want to deal with Covid patients?
