Yesterday (23rd), the intermittent sunlight prevented the clouds. Today, while some clouds pass through the sky across the country, strong rain will especially fall in Yeongdong, which is affected by the east wind.

Currently, more than 15mm of rain per hour is concentrated in Gangneung, and there are places where raindrops fall in some Jeju.

In the future, there will be heavy rains of 50 to 100 or more than 150 mm in Yeongdong until the day after tomorrow, and there are places where thunder, lightning and hail fall, so be careful.

In addition, 5~40mm of rain will fall on the eastern coast of northern Gyeongbuk, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo, and 5~10mm of rain on the Yeongnam coast, the southern coast of Jeollanam-do, and Jeju.

In Yeongdong, it will rain a little more until the day after tomorrow. The rain in the south will gradually stop by this afternoon.

A storm warning has been issued on the Jeju and South Seas, and the wave will rise up to 5m high.

The wind will gradually blow stronger in the East Sea.

The highest temperature during the day is expected to be 24 degrees in Seoul and Busan, and 25 degrees in Daejeon.

For the time being, some clouds will pass across the country except Yeongdong.

As Chuseok approaches, you may be wondering when the full moon will rise. It is expected that the full moon will rise at around 6:20 pm on the 1st of next month in Seoul, and you can see the full moon through the clouds in most parts of the country.
