[Explanation] Hong Kong Sotheby's Yuan Dynasty and Qing Dynasty Hand Scrolls Autumn Auction will be held on October 8th. There will be Wang Hui's "Kangxi Tour to the South" and Ren Renfa's "Five Kings Drunk Return".

It is worth mentioning that the sixth volume of "Kangxi Southern Tour Picture Volume" has been lost for more than a hundred years, and it is rumored that the sixth volume has been cut into seven sections. This autumn auction is the first full-volume exhibition of the sixth volume.

The works of "Kangxi Southern Tour" actually have extremely high value in both history and art.

This is a very gorgeous, very epic style (work).

There are 12 volumes in this group of works.

The whereabouts of the fifth and eighth volumes are currently unknown, and the rest are all collected in major museums at home and abroad, such as the Forbidden City in Beijing and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in the United States.

This time, Sotheby's combined this seven-volume work that has been scattered overseas for more than 100 years, so that everyone can feel the Chinese society in the Kangxi era, especially the customs and political life of the Jiangnan region.

[Explanation] "Five Kings Drunk Return" created by the painter Ren Renfa of the Yuan Dynasty is also the highlight of this autumn auction. In the 2016 Beijing Poly autumn auction, it was sold at a sky-high price of 306 million RMB, setting the highest auction record for Ren Renfa's personal works at that time.

The Sotheby's valuation of 80 million to 120 million Hong Kong dollars once again attracted widespread attention in the industry and became a hot spot in the collectors circle.
